A few words from our happy Zumba class participants:
As a former dancer (of Danielle's too!!) I absolutely fell in love with her Zumba class! It is so upbeat and energetic! Instead of staring at a clock waiting for an hour to pass on a treadmill or elliptical machine, you are having fun, using your whole body and getting a great hour of cardio in! Anyone can do it, as Danielle breaks down the steps and really cares that everyone has a good time and gets a great workout! Trust me when I say you'll leave feeling upbeat and ready to go, and sweaty!
I have been doing Zumba since March of 2011. I wanted to get in shape for my daughter's wedding. I have lost 15 pounds, and I have so much more energy now. Danielle is an AWESOME teacher. She makes it so much fun to work out. I so look forward to going to class twice a week!
